You'll be responsible for

Providing subject matter expertise
Offering recommendations to the Leadership Team and colleagues to mitigate incidents and implement effective controls in line with Group Policies and Frameworks.⚖️
Identifying and assessing risks
Coordinating operational risk governance activities, including management of risk profiles and completion of deep dives.📊
Tracking and reporting
Monitoring and providing accurate and timely reporting on risk issues and incidents, including compiling dashboards and papers for presentation.Key criteria

Operational risk management experience
Demonstrated experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services.View
