This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that stores run smoothly by monitoring roster coverage, maintaining accurate data, and preparing insightful reports. You'll be responsible for

Reviewing rosters

Review rosters for unpublished or unallocated shifts, leadership coverage, trading-hour coverage, leave gaps and roster completion.

Identifying risks

Identify roster risks and discrepancies, follow up required corrections and escalate urgent workforce issues.

Preparing reports

Prepare and distribute roster, attendance, overtime, leave, staffing and schedule-compliance reports.
