You'll be responsible for

Leading rostering strategy

Lead the enterprise-wide rostering and scheduling strategy, ensuring consistent rules, standards, compliance and system use across Community and Residential services.

Overseeing workforce modelling

Oversee workforce modelling, safe-staffing requirements, productivity initiatives and identification of structural workforce risks.

Monitoring performance

Monitor performance, address systemic issues and use data to guide decision-making and risk escalation.

Experience in rostering and scheduling

Demonstrated experience leading complex rostering functions in large environments.
