Creating well-planned and optimised rosters for clinicians within Plena Healthcare, ensuring that service delivery requirements have been achieved.📝
Arranging assessments
Arranging initial assessments with new consumers after they send through a referral, confirming details and service dates.📆
Managing appointments
Arranging ongoing appointments based on clinician recommendations and client or case manager approval.Key criteria
