You'll be responsible for

Carrying out maintenance tasks

Carry out general maintenance tasks, repairs, and painting works across multiple homes to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Completing refurbishments

Complete room refurbishments and presentation improvement projects that enhance resident comfort and quality of life.

Maintaining records

Maintain accurate maintenance records and job tracking through computer systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
