You'll be responsible for

Diagnosing and resolving faults

You will diagnose and resolve faults for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, and audio systems.

Conducting preventative maintenance

Conducting preventative maintenance calls to ensure optimal performance of AV systems is a key responsibility.

Providing technical advice

You will provide technical advice and recommend solutions for AV/UC related issues, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.

AV installation experience

Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.
