You'll be responsible for

Offering guidance and support to employees and managers on various People and Culture matters.

Collaborating across departments

Working with different areas within the People and Culture function to enhance overall effectiveness.

Participating in rotations

Engaging in various departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in relevant field

Recent degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Business with HR major
