You'll be responsible for

Assisting Learning & Development initiatives

Supporting the implementation of training logistics and program development across ASC’s lines of business.

Participating in rotations

Gaining exposure through various departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization.

Receiving tailored mentoring

Engaging in a designated mentoring program to enhance personal and professional growth.

Key criteria

📚

Degree in HR or related field

Recent completion of a degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
