The role plays a crucial part in developing, reviewing, and improving Safe System of Work documents and operational procedures, ensuring they are clear, accurate, compliant, and accessible. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to support HCA's digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Developing technical documentation
Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that aligns with AS/NZS ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.🔍
Converting complex information
Transforming complex technical information into clear work instructions for operational teams.📚
Supporting training initiatives
Contributing to the creation and delivery of SWP training materials to enhance safety and operational processes.Key criteria

3-5 years in mining or heavy equipment
