Serving as the go-to SHE resource for frontline teams and leaders, providing practical, timely advice on safety, health and environment matters that helps people work confidently and safely every day.

Contributing to safety management

Playing an active role in the fundamentals that keep a safety management system strong - contributing to audits, inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments and the continuous improvement of SHE processes and tools.

Coordinating SHE initiatives

Bringing critical risk programmes and SHE initiatives to life by coordinating committee meetings, supporting injury prevention and return-to-work activities, and helping embed safe work practices across the business.

Relevant tertiary qualification

Degree in safety, health, environment, or related discipline.
