You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with teams and managers to identify critical risks and improvement opportunities in safety management.

Providing safety advice

Offering sound safety advice and assistance to managers and supervisors in implementing safety management systems.

Conducting workplace investigations

Carrying out workplace investigations, internal audits, and supporting workplace inspections to ensure safety compliance.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Diploma in WHS

A diploma or higher qualification in Work Health and Safety is essential for this job.
🔍

Safety investigations

Experience in conducting full safety investigations with a root-cause, zero blame approach is crucial.

Communication skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and inspire collaboration across the organisation are necessary.
