Coordinate group bookings, room blocks and rooming lists to ensure smooth operations.

Managing client enquiries

Manage client enquiries and ensure responses within 24 hours to maintain excellent service.

Preparing contracts and documents

Prepare contracts, confirmations, invoices, resumes and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to facilitate bookings.
