Supporting the administration of the Residential Sales Incentive Program, learning how target setting and performance reporting work.

Assisting in maintenance

Assisting in the maintenance of the Sales Performance Framework, gaining exposure to reporting, incentives, and governance.

Collaborating with team

Collaborating with the Sales Operations team to prepare data and materials for Sales Leadership meetings.
