You'll be responsible for

Working full-time on-site

Engaging with customers in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade.

Planning itineraries and bookings

Converting enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.

Building a customer base

Creating relationships with new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
