You'll be responsible for

Working full-time on-site
Engaging with customers in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade.📅
Planning itineraries and booking travel
Converting enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.🌟
Building a customer base
Creating relationships with new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.Key criteria
