Understanding Salesforce offerings

Understanding Salesforce platforms, licenses, and features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning, with a good grasp of Comms Cloud.

Participating in code reviews

Participating in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

Collaborating with teams

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce applications.
