You'll be responsible for

Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce chatbot, messaging and digital service capabilities.

Integrating systems

Integrate Salesforce chatbot and service experiences with internal and external systems using APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

Supporting continuous improvement

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, observability and user experience.

Salesforce development experience

Proven experience in Salesforce development within complex enterprise environments.
