Manage the finance tickets and distribute among your finance consultants onshore and offshore to resolve and close the tickets within the agreed SLAs.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors to ensure successful SAP ticket resolution.

Extensive experience supporting SAP Finance for clients.
