As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive the care they need by efficiently rostering our team of caregivers. This job is all about managing a weekly roster while maintaining and adjusting it daily to meet the evolving needs of clients and caregivers. The team values excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to coordinate effectively with both staff and clients.

Developing and maintaining employee rosters

Creating and managing employee rosters for clients and workers, ensuring that all shifts are filled.

Coordinating client services and caregiver schedules

Using the Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure that all clients receive the services they have requested and that compatible caregivers are provided.

Monitoring shared email for actions

Managing email and phone call requests for new or changes to client schedules and coordinating workflow with the Client Services Team.
