You'll be responsible for

Developing and maintaining employee rosters

Creating and managing employee rosters for clients and workers, ensuring that all shifts are filled.

Coordinating client services and caregiver schedules

Using the Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure that all clients receive the services they have requested and that compatible caregivers are provided.
📧

Monitoring shared email for actions

Managing email and phone call requests for new or changes to client schedules and coordinating workflow with the Client Services Team.

Rostering and scheduling experience

Demonstrated experience in rostering for caregivers or similar roles.

Understanding of the SCHADS award for compliance in scheduling.
