You'll be responsible for

Coordinating deliveries
Acting as the key liaison between Customer Service, Drivers and Branch Management to coordinate and oversee all medical and liquid nitrogen deliveries in Victoria.👨✈️
Supervising drivers
Supervising drivers to ensure deliveries are completed on time while ensuring safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.📋
Monitoring manifests
Monitoring driver manifests, redistributing deliveries when required and arranging alternative transport solutions if needed.What we're looking for
🚚
Logistics or scheduling experience (2+ years)
Demonstrated experience in logistics or scheduling with supervisory responsibilities.View fit

Strong communication skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.View fit

Mechanical knowledge
Understanding of vehicle mechanics and Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations.View fit
