This job is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the Child Protection Unit at Westmead Children's Hospital. You'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families who have experienced abuse and neglect, working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team. You'll be responsible for

Providing crisis response
Delivering immediate support and intervention to children and families who have experienced abuse or neglect.📝
Conducting assessments
Performing complex psychosocial assessments to understand the needs of children and families.⏰
Participating in on-call roster
Being available for after-hours support, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Key criteria

Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.View
