Offering advice and assistance on maximizing the potential of ICT operations within the College, including acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement.🧑🏫
Assisting staff and students
Delivering effective and efficient support to staff and students to resolve problems associated with school computing facilities, ensuring high-end customer focus and communication.📞
Communicating with stakeholders
Engaging with various stakeholders, including Regional and Central Support, on technical matters and providing technical advice when required.What we're looking for
