Using Agile-based approaches to lead and facilitate self-organising and high performing teams in delivering Financial Markets change initiatives.📚
Training team members
Providing practical, hands-on training and guidance to team members less experienced in Agile methodologies.🔄
Facilitating ceremonies
Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.Key criteria

Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
