Lead internal and external stakeholder engagements to capture operational needs and translate them into Infrastructure Functional Requirements (IFR) for the SSN‑AUKUS Submarine Construction Yard.📋
Developing functional requirements
Develop and deliver functional requirements for all designated facilities to enable an efficient, fit‑for‑purpose submarine construction environment.🌟
Providing technical leadership
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the multidisciplinary Infrastructure Engineering Team, building capability across less experienced engineers.Key criteria
