The Secretariat & Governance Executive Officer is a vital position that provides high-quality governance and secretariat support to the College Executive and its committees. You'll be responsible for

Providing governance support

Delivering high-quality governance and secretariat support to the College Executive and its committees, ensuring effective decision-making and compliance with University governance frameworks.

Coordinating committee operations

Managing meeting planning, preparation of agendas and papers, minute taking, record management, and monitoring follow-up actions.

Building relationships

Establishing effective relationships with senior leaders and governance stakeholders to promote consistent governance practices and continuous improvement.
