You'll be responsible for

Taking ownership of creative concepts
Taking ownership of the creative concept, production, and launch of virtual gifts, primarily in the form of animations, for TikTok LIVE across European markets.📊
Analyzing feedback
Analyzing feedback from streamers and users on gift animations, using metrics like sales and retention to develop strategies that drive engagement and improve gift sales.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Collaborating with TikTok LIVE's regional operations, stakeholders, and leadership on creative strategy for gifts and effects in Europe, working independently in the time zone.What we're looking for
