Taking ownership of financial reporting for a portfolio of industrial assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Reviewing outputs

Reviewing outputs from the outsource provider, including month-end results and variance explanations.

Engaging stakeholders

Working closely with the outsource finance provider to ensure timely reporting and provide financial support to Asset Management teams.

Property accounting experience (3-5 years)

Demonstrated experience in property accounting for industrial assets.

Relevant degree and qualifications

Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting; CPA or CA preferred.
