Managing financial reporting
Taking ownership of financial reporting for a portfolio of industrial assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.🔄
Reviewing outputs
Reviewing outputs from the outsource provider, including month-end results and variance explanations.🤝
Engaging stakeholders
Working closely with the outsource finance provider to ensure timely reporting and provide financial support to Asset Management teams.Key criteria

Property accounting experience (3-5 years)
Demonstrated experience in property accounting for industrial assets.View

Relevant degree and qualifications
Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting; CPA or CA preferred.View
