Owning the transition communications plan
Managing messaging architecture, cadence, audience segmentation, and alignment to key program milestones and governance horizons.📚
Developing leader engagement materials
Creating executive briefings, leader packs, talking points, and FAQs to equip leaders for effective communication.📈
Tracking communications effectiveness
Monitoring and reporting on communications effectiveness and readiness indicators, linking insights to portfolio governance.Key criteria
