Lead regional training needs analysis activities to identify capability gaps and learning priorities across impacted business groups.

Designing learning solutions

Design, develop and implement engaging learning and enablement solutions aligned to business objectives and transformation milestones.

Delivering training programs

Deliver and facilitate training programs using a range of learning approaches, including instructor-led, virtual and digital learning experiences.
