You'll be responsible for

Delivering culturally appropriate advice
Provide contemporary culturally appropriate advice and consulting services to executives and applicants relating to recruitment and selection for roles within the youth detention stream of the Department.π
Managing recruitment portfolio
Specifically manage a portfolio of clients, applicants and locations to fill vacancies in youth detention centres.π
Contributing to strategic initiatives
Contribute to the evaluation of services and the implementation of new initiatives from the Department's strategic and operational plans to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of quality human resource management to achieve organisational strategic goals.
