The AI SDLC Developer Productivity and Enablement team is on a mission to enhance developer efficiency by building and maintaining essential tools like source control and CI/CD products. This job is pivotal in enabling engineering teams to deliver software seamlessly, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. At Macquarie, you will be part of a supportive team that values diverse perspectives and encourages everyone to contribute ideas and drive impactful outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Designing scalable infrastructure

Designing and implementing scalable Kubernetes infrastructure, including cluster lifecycle management, resource optimisation, and security hardening.

Owning CI/CD pipelines

Owning the SCM, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling that engineering teams rely on daily.
👩‍🏫

Mentoring team members

Setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and driving architectural decisions that balance reliability, security, and developer experience.

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux for scalable infrastructure.
