Providing clinical leadership
Provide senior clinical leadership through mentoring, advanced clinical expertise, and delivery of high-quality training to the multidisciplinary Contact Centre workforce.📄
Ensuring quality documentation
Ensure high-quality clinical documentation that meets organisational standards, supports continuity of care for repeat and complex callers, and informs shared care, referral pathways, and sector-wide practice development.📈
Leading quality improvement
Lead and contribute to quality improvement, auditing, research, and service development activities, including planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on clinical initiatives.Key criteria

Relevant tertiary qualifications
Possession of qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work.View
