You'll be responsible for

Integrating software products

Working closely with senior clients to integrate Aurora’s software products into their decision-making processes and help them realise the full potential of these products.

Training clients

Training clients on how to use Aurora’s software products, leveraging technical expertise and developing deep knowledge about their use cases.
🛠️

Troubleshooting client requests

Troubleshooting wide-ranging client requests and helping clients interpret complex results using power market knowledge and data analysis skills.

Key criteria

📊

Analytical experience in consulting or tech

At least 2 years in analytical roles within relevant sectors.
