Owning end-to-end forecasting for sales, traffic, transactions, and labour hours at both store and business level.

Analysing performance vs forecast, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Providing recommendations

Providing clear recommendations to optimise labour spend, productivity, and operational performance.

Key criteria

📊

Sales and labour forecasting experience

3–7 years in forecasting within a retail environment.
