The Senior Analyst job at Lendlease is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing CIO team. This position plays a crucial role in modelling and forming new investment products while executing real estate acquisitions across various sectors. Collaboration and strategic influence are key, as you will work closely with senior leaders and contribute to impactful initiatives that drive growth and performance.

You'll be responsible for

Modelling and formation of new investment products

Playing a key role in the modelling and formation of new investment products across both Development and Investment, executing on and off market real estate acquisitions.

Supporting financial analysis

Supporting Senior Managers and Directors with investor-facing financial analysis, presentations, market research, and due diligence.

Creating investor materials

Working closely with teams to create investor materials and analysis for new business opportunities.

Financial modelling expertise

Proven experience creating and maintaining financial models for investment analysis.
