You'll be responsible for

Modelling and formation of new investment products

Playing a key role in the modelling and formation of new investment products across both Development and Investment, executing on and off market real estate acquisitions.

Supporting financial analysis

Supporting Senior Managers and Directors with investor-facing financial analysis, presentations, market research, and due diligence.

Creating investor materials

Working closely with teams to create investor materials and analysis for new business opportunities.

Skills you'll need

Financial modelling

Strong skills in financial modelling which include creating and maintaining financial models to analyse investment & development opportunities, performance calculations and asset valuation.

Communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and influence audiences, balancing quantitative and qualitative evidence.

Team collaboration

Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams, ensuring a team-oriented approach to projects and tasks.
