You'll be responsible for

Producing operational performance reporting
Produce and maintain operational performance reporting and insights across key Financial Crime metrics (e.g. queue response times, throughput, productivity and quality indicators).🔍
Conducting data analysis
Conduct data analysis and targeted deep dives to identify drivers of performance outcomes and emerging issues.🕵️♂️
Supporting investigations
Support investigations into Financial Crime operational issues, ensuring insights are clearly articulated and next steps identified.Key criteria
