The Senior Analyst in the Transaction Support division plays a crucial role in delivering due diligence projects for M&A transactions. This position is vital for ensuring that clients receive accurate and insightful analyses, contributing to their success in a dynamic market. You'll be responsible for

Executing transaction support

Managing buy side and sell side due diligence projects, including planning, analysis, interviews, building databook, and report writing.

Conducting due diligence for IPOs

Acting as an Investigating Accountant to ensure thorough examination and reporting for Initial Public Offerings.

Coaching junior team members

Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members to foster their professional growth.
