About the job

The Applied AI Solutions Architecture team within AWS is on the lookout for a hands-on, customer-focused Solutions Architect. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with customers to enhance their Amazon Connect implementations, ensuring they are ready for production. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, aiming to achieve production-ready outcomes in weeks instead of months.

You'll be responsible for

🗣️

Leading technical discovery sessions

Understanding customer business requirements, contact center architecture, and AI readiness, translating these into solution designs and implementation plans.

Designing and configuring AI solutions

Creating agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect, including multi-agent orchestration and tool integration.
🔗

Building serverless integrations

Connecting AI agents with customer data systems and cloud-based data stores using technologies like Lambda and API Gateway.

5+ years of experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
