Design future-state operating models aligned to strategy, covering organisation, processes, governance, and service delivery.📊
Identifying financial optimisation opportunities
Identify, quantify, and model cost reduction, productivity, and margin improvement opportunities; build robust business cases.🤝
Engaging with stakeholders
Work collaboratively with Federal and State Government stakeholders, contributing to workshops, presentations, and reports.Key criteria
