You'll be responsible for

🏛️

Leading major disputes

Lead and manage major competition and consumer law disputes, including litigation and ACCC enforcement proceedings.
🗣️

Advising clients

Advise clients on dispute strategy, enforcement risk, and complex regulatory issues in collaboration with the market-leading disputes team.
🔍

Supporting clients through investigations

Support clients through investigations involving alleged anti-competitive conduct or consumer law breaches, including responding to ACCC notices and dawn raids.

Key criteria

Experience in competition and consumer law disputes

Demonstrated experience managing complex competition and consumer law disputes.
