You'll be responsible for

Assuming responsibility for project execution
Taking charge of various phases of project and transaction execution, contributing to new business development and overall growth of the firm.š¤
Collaborating on M&A transactions
Working with clients, senior-level team members, and outside advisors on mergers and acquisitions to ensure successful outcomes.š°
Guiding clients through financing transactions
Leading clients through the capital raising process, including due diligence and preparing for equity or debt offerings.Key criteria

4-6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in corporate finance or advisory.View

Proven background in real estate financial transactions.View
