Advising fund managers
Advise leading Australian and global fund managers in establishing new Australian funds, raising capital and operating funds in Australia, including wholesale funds, capital partnerships and club funds, funds-of-one, access funds, investment platforms and listed and unlisted retail funds and stapled groups.🚀
Working on fund launches
Work with clients on new fund launches and capital raisings, regulatory change projects, fund restructures, investments and ongoing strategic advice.🔗
Collaborating with other practice groups
Work with other practice groups, including M&A, real estate, projects and banking and finance, on matters involving funds and fund managers.What we're looking for
