Join the Market Operations Inspections and Settlements team as a Senior Associate, Inventory and Receivables, where your work will directly support the Commodities Trade and Carbon business. This job is all about ensuring accuracy in invoice verifications and inventory inspections, playing a crucial role in risk management and operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Supporting field examiners

Assist field examiners with Trade Finance Invoice Verifications and Inspection activities, both on-site and desktop, across the Traditional and Structured trade facilities in the bank.
📋

Coordinating inspections

Coordinate Commodities Inventory inspections with third party suppliers to ensure thorough evaluations.

Completing reconciliations

Complete Commodities and Carbon Inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Skills you'll need

📈

Knowledge of Commodities, Carbon, Trade Finance or Structured Trade Finance products

Strong understanding of risks and mitigating actions related to these products, enabling effective support in inspections and reconciliations.

Attention to detail

Acute attention to detail and understanding of upstream and downstream processes, ensuring accuracy in inspections and reconciliations.
