You'll be responsible for
📈
Leading deal workstreams
Taking charge of private capital acquisitions, disposals, and investments, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents.🔍
Coordinating due diligence
Managing due diligence processes and providing commercially focused risk advice to clients.⚖️
Advising on deal structuring
Providing advice on deal structuring, regulatory matters, and completion mechanics while mentoring junior lawyers.Key criteria

Australian practising certificate
Current certificate with 5+ years PQE in M&A or private capital.View

Private capital transaction experience
Demonstrated experience advising on investments, buyouts, and exits.View

Drafting and negotiation skills
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex transaction documents.View
