You'll be responsible for

Managing class actions

Managing the conduct of multiple class actions, using case plans and effectively delegating and overseeing the supporting legal team.

Providing strategic advice

Providing strategic advice and updates to Shine’s partnered litigation funders on budgeting of individual and portfolio matters.

Contributing to new opportunities

Contributing to the origination, investigation and commencement of new class action opportunities.

Class actions and complex litigation experience

Significant experience in class actions or complex commercial litigation.
