You'll be responsible for

Delivering tax advice
Deliver tax advice on issues such as restructures, Division 7A, CGT, trust taxation, succession and estate planning, international tax and various other complex tax matters, under the guidance of senior team members🔍
Supporting tax due diligence
Support tax due diligence engagements for acquisitions of private groups, including reviewing tax risks, structuring considerations and transaction impacts🤝
Building client relationships
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and a solutions-focused approachKey criteria

Tax advisory experience
Demonstrated experience in tax advisory within a chartered accounting or law firm environment.View

Relevant qualifications
