Support tax due diligence engagements for acquisitions of private groups, including reviewing tax risks, structuring considerations and transaction impacts

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and a solutions-focused approach

Demonstrated experience in tax advisory within a chartered accounting or law firm environment.
