You'll be responsible for

Drafting and negotiating documents

Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents while advising clients on legal risks.

Project managing transactions

Managing transactions to ensure deadlines are met and coordinating with other legal teams.

Advising on governance and compliance

Providing advice on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance issues to clients.
