You'll be responsible for

Advising on workplace relations
Playing a key role advising on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, whistleblowing, modern slavery, including litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.🌱
Supporting team growth
Nurturing and supporting the team to develop their brand and practice through mentorship and dedicated learning and leadership programs.📊
Managing diverse workload
Managing a robust and diverse workload while ensuring high-quality client service.Key criteria

8+ years PQE in employment law
Proven experience in a senior associate or special counsel capacity.View

Expertise in industrial relations
