You'll be responsible for

Driving resolution of complex problems

You will be the primary engineering contact accountable for your customer’s support experience on Azure, driving resolution of critical and complex problems.

Managing customer solution lifecycle

Utilizing cross systems to conduct health checks and providing guidance to customers throughout the solution’s lifecycle.

Engaging with stakeholders

Partnering with other teams to prioritize and drive resolutions of complex, high-impact customer issues.
